basketball

During the summer I like to play basket. I sometimes go to a basketball court across the street from my house. I play with my friend that lives across the street too, but the basketball court owners are his neighbors. He is younger than I am but can still play very well. We met a couple years ago when I moved here. Ever since, we have always played basketball in the summer. I like to play basketball because if you can make a three pointer, it’s cool when you shoot a basket from farther back and swish it. A game we like to play is horse but with a twist. The first person shoots from anywhere and if they make it the next person has to make it from that spot. If they miss they get an H, but if they make it the third person goes. If they make it the first person shoots. If that person misses, the second person turns into the first person. If the second person also misses then the third person leads. It goes on until somebody get all the letters HORSE.

I don’t personally watch basket ball on the TV but I have seen collage games. I also go with my brother to the high school and play with some of the high school players. They were practicing for a while but after they were done we all could play. I did make some points but it’s because they all stopped and let me shoot. Then they started getting harder but still I was making points. I think basket ball is a really fun sport and if your board during the summer you can play basketball.
